Thank you for shopping with Blumina. Every piece we create is made with intention and care. Because our garments are made to order, we have a tailored policy to ensure fairness, minimize disputes, and give you peace of mind when ordering.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All purchases are final sale, unless the item is defective or damaged.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, preference changes, or change of mind. Instead, we provide Fit Assurance (see below)
Please carefully refer to our size chart before placing your order.
If your item is defective or faulty:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@blumina.store

Include clear photos of the defect and your order number

The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with tags attached

Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

We reserve the right to assess and verify all claims before approval
FIT ASSURANCE
We understand that finding the perfect fit online can be tricky — that’s why we offer Fit Assurance: a simple way to receive store credit for sizing issues without needing to ship the item back.
How it works:

Valid for 1 item per order only

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Claim must be submitted within 5 days of delivery

You’ll receive store credit for the full value of the item (excluding shipping or discounts)

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order
To submit a claim:

Email support@blumina.store with your order number and item name

Include a clear photo of the item being worn, with tags visible, to verify its condition
Please note:

Fit Assurance is the only solution we offer for sizing issues

No refunds or exchanges will be granted for fit-related concerns

Sale or clearance items may be excluded

Abuse of this policy may result in denial of the claim
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations incur a 35% fee to cover admin, processing, and production

No cancellations are accepted once the order has shipped or entered final production.
RETURN PERIOD (Defective Items Only)

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the item

Items must be in resaleable condition, with tags attached

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the item

Refunds may take up to 3 additional business days to appear in your bank account

You will receive an email once your return is approved and processed
AVOIDING DISPUTES
If there is ever a concern with your order, we kindly ask that you reach out to us directly first at support@blumina.store.
We’re a small team and will always do our best to make it right. Filing disputes before contacting us may slow down resolution and affect your refund eligibility.
FAQ
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you may be eligible for store credit under our Fit Assurance program.
What if the product is damaged?
Email support@blumina.store with a photo. We'll assist you promptly.
What if I return something after the 14-day window?
We do not accept late returns. In rare cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Where is my order number?
Your order number is included in your confirmation email. If you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll assist.
