Every Blumina piece is made to order with intention, care, and prayer behind it. We’re a small, faith-driven team, and we believe shopping with us should feel safe, fair, and human.

If we ever make a mistake with your order, we’ll fix it — fast and without hassle.


Our No-Stress Resend Guarantee (You Keep Both)

 

 


If your order arrives and something isn’t right on our side, we take full responsibility.


We will produce and resend the correct item at no additional cost, and you may keep the original piece, if any of these:


  • You received the wrong size (different from what you ordered)
  • You received the wrong color or design
  • The item arrives faulty or damaged


How to request a resend:

 

 


  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@blumina.store
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue


Once verified:


  • A replacement item is produced and shipped
  • No return is required unless we specifically ask


 

 

 

Before You Order (Important to Know)

Because every item is made specifically for you, all Blumina garments are final sale.

 


To avoid issues:

  • Please review the size chart carefully
  • Double-check color, design, and size selection before checkout

 

 

What We Don’t Offer

 

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or resends for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Preference or fit expectations


These limitations allow us to keep quality high and pricing fair while producing each item on demand.


 

 

Order Cancellations


  • Orders may be canceled before production begins, with a 35% cancellation fee 
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production or shipping has started


 

 

 

Processing & Timing


  • Resend claims are reviewed within 2–5 business days
  • Replacement production and shipping times may vary
  • You’ll receive email confirmation once your replacement is approved
